At Edge Realtors, we provide professional real estate advisory, property listings, and brokerage consultation. We do not have shopping carts, e-commerce integrations, or online payments. Because of this, there are no transaction refund terms or subscription fees handled on our website.
Consultation fees, booking advisory charges, and brokerage parameters are agreed upon in writing between the client and Edge Realtors offline. Once these services have been rendered, all consulting fees are non-refundable.
Any token money, booking amount, or security deposit paid to reserve a property is directly handled between the buyer/tenant and the respective builder or developer. Edge Realtors holds no responsibility for builder refund policies or individual developer cancellations. Refund protocols of token bookings will follow the terms set forth under the builder's allotment policies and local RERA rules.
Clients are free to withdraw their property listings or cancel buyer-broker representation requests at any time by notifying their designated relationship manager or sending an email to edgemumbai@gmail.com. Property listing cancellation requests will be processed within 48 working hours, and the property details will be removed from active public search lists on edgerealtors.in.
